The essences used are mainly Pine, Beech and imported woods from South America (Brazilian Pine and Virola) The choice of raw material is essential to obtain and ensure quality products, for this reason all the raw material is carefully controlled by the unloading and throughout the production process.
The material we use is processed at a humidity between 12/15%.
We can supply from the simple pure wood handle with screwing and rounded head on the wood, to the painted handle with the addition of plastic caps and black or colored external screws. The plastic parts are all fixed to the wooden handle with special staples that prevent the plastic part from coming out.
As an alternative to the plastic cap we have the possibility of drilling the wooden handle with countersunk holes to be able to hang them in displays and thus have a product entirely in wood without any addition of plastic parts.
We can customize the caps with logos or scirtte indicated by the customer as well as putting labels on the handles colored and not with descriptions and barcodes. The handles are packed according to the customer's requests in packages (12/24/25/50 pieces) wrapped with polythene film and placed on pallets, Epal or other sizes, also filmed.
We can also supply handles with a diameter of 26 or 28mm for industrial brushes and rakes.
